I think it is going to blow up when they shut it down. It looks like the oil is coming out much faster to me now than it was before.

Thats bc the opening that the oil is coming out is much smaller. Think of it like water coming out of your hose. When u put your thumb over the end, the water starts shooting out a lot faster.
I am SURE that the engineers were expecting that and I'm sure that the stack is rated for the max pressure. Really nothing to be alarmed with.
