we saw a Coast Guard Cutter out there patroling the line.
we were inside the closure at the time as well as a few other boats and they never even considered coming checking us out or even radioed over
i think they're being easy on the line if youre with in a few miles

That dot looks to be in the Ship Shoal area (i'll keep the block number to myself). I was headed there Saturday till one of the motors wouldn't start. Glad it did it at the launch instead of 60 miles from the truck!!
Can't wait to get back out there, the snapper/AJ/everything else fishing has been incredible.

I was out there Saturday in the Deep Ship Shoal blocks..I heard you on the radio telling someone that your port engine went out...glad to see you made it back...

Yupp that was us. The guys we were talking to caught all the fish in those pictures.

we saw shite loads of fish on the dives, but the water was so dirty it was like trying to shoot teal in the fog, needless to say we didnt get much

Did any of you see a brand new 38' Gravios with a couple of 350hp's out there Saturday? They were having engine problems too.
