Wasn't that General Honore called in for Katrina??? I could be way off BUT I do remember he played a big role.

Thad Allen has not impressed me one bit.

Everytime he says something he appears to be wrong..

Gen Honore would be a much better chioce to lead the way here.

It's gotta be sarcasm. No rational human being would utter the OP as truth.

In the immortal words of Carl Spackler: This is a hybrid. This is a cross, ah, of Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about this is, that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus-belt that night on this stuff.

OK ... we're both right about who helped with Katrina

quote:

Allen and Army Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré

quote:

When he took over the Katrina response, Allen says he relied on a "bias for action," the practice of moving, not endlessly deliberating

Um, didn't move too quickly here though, in my opinion. At least he's trying????
