And other think that Obama is doing a great job with whole deal and it is all BP's fault when Obama continues to say that he and his people are making all of the decisions.

No one is doing a "great" job. Everyone is doing their best with the means available.
The genesis of the problems we are now facing goes back decades and includes the actions past Administrations as well as Congressmen, lobbyists, the oil companies, etc. The system is at fault.
