I am deeply concerned and that is why I have been in charge all along. Under My directive BP has finally been able to stem the flow of oil coming from the well.

I was there a couple days earlier this week.
A huge pile of sand at the boat launch. About 20 national guard dumptrucks and various other vehicles and probably a couple hundred national guardsman.
They are building a tremendous levee on the beach.
