Maybe they did I thought it was 15 to La in the block grant.

One of their VP's said more shareholders reside in those 3 states than they do in Louisiana. That may have something to do with it. They don't want those people dumping stock.

I'm assuming that most of those funds are going straight to financing all of the skimmers and crews deploying booms, vessels of opportunity,etc. I believe Louisiana is getting a very signifiant amount of money that will far exceed $25M. Obviously Louisiana is the hardest hit and should get the most money at this point in the game.

Thats correct 60 million for the berms so I guess no second block grant is not so bad.

I was under the assumption the block grants were for image quality and tourism for the state
The berms cost 356M and BP gave Louisiana a check for 60M to get started.
