Seems like about the early to mid 90's, weed became much much stronger. High Times taught everyone how to grow it hydroponically.

90s/ early 00s was great…. Relatively safe compared to now…. I graduated high school in 2000 and went to college…
First time intro’d to “good” weed…. Ecstasy was great…. Coke was safe….crystal meth started to trickle in by time I graduated college in 2004… never got jnto it
