I mean the only situation is you can save two people if you jump in and replace your spot.
In reality that is what I'd do...
Your SO and fav parent...or parents, or SO and BFF. It is understood if you save your BFF and SO, that is a outward OK for them to bang and get married on your behalf.

I'd save my boyfriend. I don't know if we will last long term, but he has a little girl I adore, and I wouldn't want her to be fatherless.

The only person i'd die for is my kids, my wife, and my sisters son.
I'm pretty sure my mom and dad would be pretty upset that I sacrificed my life for them. I know I would be if my kid ever did that for me.
