i worked my entire young life never making more then $7 an hour as a laborer and worked my arse off a lot harder then any of these pussies crying about needing higher minimum wages and managed to save to buy new cars and a house on that income and the last job i had before retiring in 2000 was $10 hr as a skilled tradesman
i think its fake, but young idiot do think $15 an hour isnt enough to flip burgers and those spoiled rotten twerps can just frick off.
if i had $15 an hour at my jobs i would be a rich guy today living in a mansion

$7/hour in 1990 is worth about $14/hour in 2019 thanks to inflation. And $10/hour in 2000 is worth about $15/hour in 2019.
