You ever say something on the phone and then wonder why you said it?

Almost want to call them back and explain? 
I was talking to someone whose coming over, they were thanking me for something and before I hung up I said "and you have a good day". ...While they are on the way to my house.
I guess I just say that line so much every day it is hard to end a call without it.

Sometimes when I'm boarding a plane, and the girl taking tickets says to have a good flight, I say you too.

I ran into a guy at the store that I haven't seen in years. We talked for 5-10 minutes just catching up and what not. We go to leave and shake hands,
