Yeah Monroe isn't too bad. I don't understand the bad rep it gets. Now i wouldnt be near carroll high school but overall monroe aint too bad. Sleesville and ft. Polk are terrible. I think people were complaining about copper being in the water system at ft. Polk.

Livingston Parish, was there for a benefit rodeo last night and felt out of place to say the least...

I didn't think Lancaster was that bad. There were some nice homes and farms. The weekly markets had great prices and delicious food. And it's funny seeing the occasional Amish man get a DUI when operating his buggy

Jasper Alabama would be incredibly high up there. Has to just about be the worst town in America.

Smells like manure, surrounded by amish, horse-drawn carriages everywhere (if you think bikers are bad try following the horses), no electricity or technology, nothing in the area.
Quality choice. fricking terrible town that is nothing but a glorified strip mall and everyone there is a bunch of assholes. Hated that town.

either Atlanta, GA; Los Angelas, CA (where I'm also broke, live in the valley, and have to commute over the mountains every day); or Baton Rouge, LA during a never ending traffic jam (jacknifed 18 wheelers in all directions on all bridges (Old, New, Bayou Manchac 30, Bayou Manchac Airline, Bayou Manchac I-10, Amite I-12, Amite Florida, and Amite Greenwell Springs) there would also be traffic jams on Government, College, Essen, Bluebonnet, Acadian, North, Airline, Scenic, Plank, ect (think mega carmaghedin)

YES! I've been twice for conferences held downtown. A real hellhole. If I got transferred to Philly, I would give my two weeks notice.
