I need to get my backyard regarded including some areas raised by a few inches.
Who do I call for this sort of thing? I have about an acre with a good amount of trees that would add complexity to the job. I have called various drainage companies and none want to take on the job.
Is this something a landscape company would do or maybe a construction company or is there a specific type of contractor I should get to do this.

What problems are you having? The nature and severity of the problems will determine what kind of company you need to call. More minor things can be tackled by a decent residential landscaping company whereas more major issues may need somebody that can do some serious dirt work, digging and bulldozing and so forth.

I'm not sure about who to call for regrading but, if you need a really great Anvil, check this out.
