They changed the rules where the issue of visitation can now be addressed at child support hearings.
It will be interesting to see if this improves collection rates.

I only see two women, one white, one black. The most kids I saw someone have was four.. It was actually four people, two white dudes, two black dudes. That is a perfect example of... trash comes in all shapes, colors, sizes, etc.
