Contact a realtor about selling it or a charity about donating it to them.

Minimal effort and you might make a couple bucks.
Easily the best recommendation so far. Real Estate agents in the area will know who in the area purchases these kinds of properties if anyone. They will likely also have the best advice for you.

My apologies, I updated the OP. The property has been mine for several years. Was letting a family member live in it. That family member just passed away.
