I came on here and ripped WM part 1 last night and called for them to close up shop until the shite was over. Still wasn't that big a fan of the Styles/Taker cheeseball match but...

WM part 2 was incredible and totally redeemed itself. Actually felt like a WM. The FFFH match is one of the best segments I've ever seen in WWE history. They basically admitted to and acknowledged what everybody issue with Cena has been his entire career and the story they told was fricking incredible. Totally zoned into it the entire time. I dgaf there was no actual wrestling, it was an all timer, no matter how you classify it.

Thought every match was good minus the ending but I expected that so not mad about it. Charlotte/Rhea was fantastic...Ripley gonna be a star (she's surprisingly hot). Otis match was the surprise of the night for me as far as exceeding expectations. I think everybody just takes Ziggler for granted but in this setting where you see everything up close, he's such a phenomenal technical wrestler and he still takes best bumps in the business. Edge is my personal GOAT so he can do no wrong to me. He looked great for a 9 year lay off. I thought their match was compelling

Circling back... only one of the matches went with the "alternate" finish I alluded to on Saturday afternoon. Not sure if I should share specifics but it was one of night 2's Women's matches. There's a very obvious jump edit that was easy to miss if you weren't looking. While Edge/Orton may have gone 40 minutes they spent hours to make it happen. I'm guessing Vince wanted to have one long match and a few short ones to help balance out the nights. Both men's championship matches were shorter due to being at the PC. Fairly obvious to all that the DQ win turned into no DQ match was shot in a way for them to cut it right after the DQ.

I'll say this was the first time I had any idea of what to expect so it was great to see just how they pulled off a W in a nearly impossible situation. I stayed away from odds/spoilers (outside of my source who had limited knowledge) so Zayn and Morrison winning their matches was a big surprise. Nothing really shocked me tonight...besides for what will go down as one of the worst long matches on WWE history (grinding the show to a halt) the night was well paced. They've setup a slow burn fir Sasha-Bailey that could be huge if Vince is patient and books it at XXXVII.

I hope the Blu-Ray release includes extras (already have it ordered) that show how it was put together. A cool feature would also be to watch them in the order they were taped. At the very least give us a behind the scenes look at what went into the boneyard match!

ETA: If the stadium in LA isn't ready by fall I think they push that one to 2022 and move next year's back to Tampa. I'm sure there's even a way for them to give ticketholders for this year first dibs on seats next year.

I didn’t understand the nwo part of that. It was captivating but figured I wouldn’t any wrestling after he said cena’s biggest enemy is himself. I would have preferred to see more action.
