By the same token, USUALLY when a move like this is made or thought about being made companies kind of feel out their top guys before making the move to see how they feel about it
It's well documented this was done with Hogan Nash and hall were brought back
So in that case Cody, Randy, Seth would all have been talked to you'd think. Plus I don't see Seth being "unprofessional" enough to react that way if he wasn't told to but I could be wrong even if he didn't know
And of course even if most or all of your top guys say "no frick that guy" you still may sign him bc ultimately you have to do what's "best for business" to borrow the catchphrase

I'd imagine at minimum Rhea brought word of the finish to the ring along with the briefcase.
In fairness it wasn't even required that the guys in the ring know he was gonna show up. It's not like they had to do anything other than stand there

I get why anyone involved with that match would be pissed. They were the only ones in the building who didn't seem like they liked it. The guys who were still in the ring completely broke keyfabe and just stood there watching. I take it that Dunn did his usual sound frickery during the match? The Punk chants were nonstop even when it was just Finn and Seth in there. In sure that didn't help things. Leaving the arena felt very similar to leaving the UC after the Hawks won the Stanley Cup. I just wish he had arranged for ice cream bars on the way out.

He does not like Punk. At all. Like Bret Hart/Shawn Michaels dislike. It is legit, and it is real.
Tonight's show was not good. None of it. I don't like Punk so I'm not glad he's back. I liked him when he had his old theme, that was a long time ago. WWE didn't need him, and I assume they just let Drew walk. They should've kept Drew.

How did they break Kayfabe though? What should they have been doing other than standing around?? Unless you are saying they were chilling with the judgment day guys not even acting like they were just opponents and dislike each other

Well real or not it's been reported Seth's reaction was a work and him and Punk will have an angle together. There are details of when and where but I'm not gonna spoil everyone just in case

I can believe Seth personally hates Punk but is professional enough to work with him. Same with AJ and anyone else who hates him.
I've seen the video of Drew storming out of the ring. It was before Punk showed up. He was holding his head like he either got potatoed or busted open. He left the building in a hurry too.

I'm sure there are alot of wrestlers that don't like each other. Supposedly Cody and Seth don't like each other. They've worked together several times. Alot of people didn't like Cena. HHH and Shawn too. I don't even know when the videos of AJ and Seth talking about their dislike for Punk was recorded, but that could've been a work, because in wrestling you never say never.

Not sure how punk plays into it but I think at the very least he’ll have to wait for a hot minute.
I'm wondering if "The Best In The World" is going to want to secure that title against the Tribal Chief.

If trips can start doing more and more stuff like this he's a damn genius. Keeps stuff like that just low key enough it doesn't seem "official" and it leaves just that little bit of doubt in your mind
I wonder if this is part of Endevour's strategy. They will never go back to pretending that wrestling is real, but maybe they start blending the storylines to be a little more lifelike, bluring into reality.

Ya, in the social media age, it’s pretty easy to blend “reality” into wrestling, instead of wrestling into reality, if that makes sense.
