I'm happy Punk is there but I am a bit concerned they have too many top of the card guys without enough top of the card spots and fans of individual guys will start to get butthurt their guy isn't where they think he should be
I don't think he will but take all these guys then imagine if Rock wants to work Mania, now it's really crowded

That's for them to figure out.
Give me back Halftime Heat.

I expect LA Knight to go back to the midcard. Roman will go away for a long while after Wrestlemania so that opens another top spot.
I'm watching the press conference now and HHH said the Punk deal came together really quickly. There were reports today that Punk was talking to people in WWE so this deal might have just happened earlier today.

I saw the dirt sheets spoiling it all over FB today, but I was holding out hope that they were wrong about that blistering crybaby. I started cheering when the credits popped up.
I wasn’t buying it. I guess this time around, it was WWE feeding the dirt sheets saying that they announced Orton from “keeping the crowd from expecting Punk.”
Brilliant angle to use.

Gonna be some good PPVs coming up concerning the World Heavyweight Championship. Seth, Randy, Cody, and Punk all in the mix now. My guess over the next year we’ll see Cody take it from Seth and then Randy from Cody.
Only belt Cody us touching is the Universal Champ. at WrestleMania

Too bad spiteful Vince isn't in charge anymore to have Roman squash him at the Rumble.

I can't imagine his AFW debut was even close to how loud it was tonight. I was checking the time on my watch and out of the corner of my eye I saw the white screen hit and then what felt like forever until his music hit. So worth the money.

Oh…so you went?

Yeah. I'm thankful they opened up the sections that are usually behind the Titantron. I don't know what was up Seth's arse unless it was too set up Punk's first program. Cody was trying to deescalate things.

They didn't show any of that.

Yea it definitely worked bc I felt like they were being overly more obvious about Randy than usual to try to keep a crowd mutiny from happening over Punk
I got worked hard

Punk didn't go far beyond the cages. Seth, Cody, and I think Sami or Randy were down by the cage at the end of the ramp. There were about half a dozen refs and agents mixed in there.
I don't know if there's real heat or not. Seth basically was the "hometown guy" in Chicago. He never got that reaction so I wouldn't be surprised if there's legit jealousy going on.

Holy shite I'm sure that's a work but that's wild
If trips can start doing more and more stuff like this he's a damn genius. Keeps stuff like that just low key enough it doesn't seem "official" and it leaves just that little bit of doubt in your mind

There's another report saying Drew stormed into the back all pissed off over something, not necessarily Punk though. I can see him being mad about Punk coming in and taking his spot. Drew is in the middle of contract negotiations too. I wouldn't be surprised if this sends him over the edge to leaving.
Seth has spoken out against Punk in the past. I would imagine Miz and AJ will have problems with him as well. Raw tomorrow will be must see. Punk will at least make the show less boring.

Punk is a legit terrible human being, but this is good for business.
the WWE Twitter video of his return got 1.3 million views within fifteen minutes.... Raw's ratings on Monday night will be the highest they have had in quite some time.

WWE is either very lucky that all this happen stance shite has come together at the same time to where shoots create a shite ton of legitimate intrigue or this is one of the most impressive and wide scale works there's ever been
Or you know, most likely, a combination of both

It seems like Punk did sign today so I doubt any of the wrestlers knew he was there. Seth is not a good enough actor to make me believe his reaction was a work.

I'd imagine at minimum Rhea brought word of the finish to the ring along with the briefcase.
