As to why I believe Lana survives...
Nia puts her through a table early that essentially eliminates her from the match but she was never officially in the match (thus never counted out or anything like that) and she just lays out there until Team Raw wins
she could even end up being a sole survivor if like Nia is eliminated in a 1v1 scenario... destroys whatever Team SD member is left and Lana slides in to get the final elimination

would you like to see WWE book Survivor Series in the old style again?
meaning... a card full of like 4 or 5 5v5 Survivor Series elimination matches
where the main event match is 1 last Survivor Series elimination match pitting the "survivors" of all the previous matches in the night against each other... faces vs. heels
ETA: the old style booking can give you some off-kilter main event matches...
since we're talking about Undertaker's 30th year in WWE... let's look at that Survivor Series where 'Taker debuted
the main event match was 5v3... Ted DiBiase, Rick Martel, Paul Roma, Warlord, & Hercules vs. Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, & Tito Santana
