I was at the ‘98 OTE and you’re right. The big difference has been the size of the arena. In Milwaukee they used an arena that the Bucks deserted 10 years earlier. Compare the feel of that PPV and The Main Event where Hogan/Savage split (where the Bucks played until this year.)
In Chicago they wrestle in an arena that even the WNBA team has left. It’s what gives it that special feel. The arena was the 2nd venue for WM2 and the infamous Trish-Mickie match.
