I'd expect Edge to return essentially making him, Rey, and Eddie's kid into a 3 man team vs JD. Bayley plays the Becky role and beats BB for the title. Charlotte may factor in there or (less likely) gets Ronda DQ'd by attacking Liv.
They teased tension between Seth and Roman in the build up to tonight. With Roman going on vacation I think Seth attacks both of them leaving Theory to cash in post-match. Then you have a build towards Theory-Seth with Seth winning it at the RR and Cody coming out later at #30. This scenario keeps everyone strong while doing a much needed shuffling of the deck on top. Of course anything would be better than the way they handled the Otis-Miz to Bobby MITB.
Speaking of the Miz, I suspect HHH is going to turn Ciampa face tonight. The question is whether attacking Miz or attacking Paul would accomplish that. I think breaking the SPs up is too obvious and probably won't happen tonight.

Think this sounds like a good plan, but Cody comes out as #1 and goes the distance, builds the thing about him wrestling hurt and his love of the game more

yeah... but apparently Vince wanted to take them super natural and Edge wasn't having that... but even then they haven't gone super natural even after kicking Edge out
I wonder why they decided to remove Riddle from the card? the injury story is apparently just a work... he's good to go but they just yanked him
also... NXT about to return to black & gold? Now that Trips has all the pencils in WWE... he can do what he wants with both NXT & WWE
supposedly... the try outs in Nashville are the last that will be closed to independent wrestlers... from here on out we will see wrestlers get a chance to make WWE
