Becky, Banks, and Asuka (from a sheer work rate) are as good at least.
Io Shirai may be the best once she gets some more experience.
But like you said no one has the name Flair like she does and it has gotten her a lot and probably still more to come ......but the name itself doesn't make her a better worker.

I am ignorant to years past. So please excuse my stupid questions. I didn’t watch wrestling from around 2000-2015. So any old angles I am unaware of. Thanks for helping an old man understand some of this.

I'd love to see Kofi hold the title through SS only to have Undisputed Era come up after Survivor Series to have a program with the New Day and let Cole take the title off Kofi....that could be a fun faction program

According to Kofi....his program with Orton back in 09 was supposed to get him to the main event scene ( personally I don't ever recall Kofi as a main event threat back then) but Orton's influence via his family name was used to keep Kofi as a mid card talent.

Io is a great worker as is the rest you named but Charlotte has heat at all times and she is a big athlete that doesn’t get injured often.

She is good at getting heat but in her last title run she was dangerously close to go away heat......mainly because of Lynch's organic rise with the fans.....also Charlotte has missed at least as much time as Becky and more than Bayley and Asuka (on the main roster).

that was his best year professionally before this year
I think Kofi got that win over Randy in that feud and was starting to get real crowd reactions
but then it just ended before it was really allowed to start... like some other people we've seen recently
