I don’t think so man. I think he’s having a freaking blast and that NJPW schedule is a buzzsaw at points in the year. The G1 Climax is just plain not fun for anyone but the viewer. He’d be more likely to go to AEW than NJPW, but both are unlikely.

I just realized that AJ Styles is officially the new John Cena.
- Feuding with Randy Orton? Check
- losing streak getting to him? Check
- will “overcome the odds”? Check
- pointed at Kofi last week and said “it’s his time”. Check
- a very good wrestler that’s a student of the game being extremely watered down in the WWE system? Check
- when he’s allowed to go, closest thing you’ll get to a 5* classic from a male on the main roster? Check
- hamming up the Roman announcement for cheap cheers? Check
- merchandise galore? Check

Already rumors that Roman will be wrestling at Fastlane. I didn't expect him to get physical so soon.

They really need to re-establish the Tag Division and start treating them like top titles again. It’s just common sense as it creates more top tier spots on the main roster where major names can go to kill time when they don’t have a ton going on. It’s not rocket science.
For example, put AJ back with The Club and have them defend titles and chase like the New Day do. Instant main event talent that legitimizes the division.
ETA: have Reigns and Ambrose defend on RAW for now on that brand etc. They can kill two birds with one stone while creating brand new matchups and friendships.

The rumor is 8 man tag match, Shield and Braun against Drew, Lashley, Corbin, and Elias. Roman wouldn't have to do much in that type of match. A one on one match would really surprise me.
