Weird not seeing Fish/Reilly or Reilly/Strong not on the card. Their tag matches are essentially 4* stone cold locks.
I would not be shocked if Walter/Dunne steal the show. The card does feel big in name power, but lacking in those 5* instant classic matchups that this current class of NXT is known to put on. Black/Ricochet tag team has underwhelmed considering how amazing they are as singles competitors. No Ciampa hurts as well.
I'm really intrigued to see Riddle in a regular match vs Dream.
Takeover is always good though at minimum. It's as easy of a 2.5-3 hours as you'll get in wrestling. I just don't see EPIC written on the card here like Takeover: New Orleans. I hope I'm wrong.

I hope you’re wrong as well but I think this may have something to do with Takeover being a better show than Mania the last couple of years. You know Vince doesn’t like that.
