It's Memorial Day and WWE is actually still in the States for a holiday show... coming to us tonight from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo.

Baron Corbin is actually home... so maybe he will be legit when he has himself announced as Kansas City's favorite son... though he may get heel heat by saying KCK >>>>>>>> KCMO... you know since KCK has a MLS team and KCMO doesn't

Brock Lesnar will apparently announce who he'll cash in his MitB briefcase on... though it's unknown if he'll also announce when he'll cash in

What will happen with the United States Championship since Samoa Joe broke his nose and Rey Mysterio, Jr. separated his shoulder at MitB (also Joe's shoulder was up)

speaking of titles changing hands when shoulders were still up... the Raw Women's Champion Becky One Belt will find out if the Sassy Southern Belle still has The Man in her sights or if a new challenger will emerge

also... if you watched AEW Double or Nothing on Saturday... maybe you now have a desire to see The Man

face a man

ok ok... since I made you also look at Nyla Rose... I request forgiveness with this pic of "Smiley" Kylie Rae

and if you didn't see Double or Nothing on Saturday night... here's Jon "Don't call me Dean Ambrose" Moxley giving Kenny Omega the (soon to be renamed I'm sure) DIrty Deeds on a giant poker chip

that's all on tonight's Monday Night Raw

also... don't forget this Saturday is NXT's first standalone show... NXT TakeOver XXV

it has a STACKED card...

Gargano/Cole II for the NXT Championship

4-team ladder match for the vacant NXT Tag Team Championships (Street Profits vs. Fish/O' Reilly vs. Lorcan/Burch vs. Blake/Cutler)

Baszler/Shirai for the NXT Women's Championship

Velveteen Dream/Tyler Breeze (sans Fandango) for the NXT North American Championship

Roddy Strong vs. the King of Bros Matt Riddle

First Raw im watching in a while to see the response the WWE has for AEW.

Whats the NXT Standalone show about? How is it any different from the normal PPV?

The show will open with a 15 minute promo that will lead to an immediate tag match (they’ve been using this same boring formula every week for over 10 years)

All the past Takeovers have been done on the same weekend as a big WWE PPV....this one is standing all on it's own.

yeah he's going to face Juice Robinson... I believe that's at the Finals of the Best of the Super Juniors Tournament

I hope that match is for the IWGP United States Championship... and I hope Mox wins... whether it's for the belt or not

Im reading it as basically Dean can do whatever the hell he wants.....we'll see if that continues after AEW starts producing weekly episodic content.

pretty much this... 1st time Takeover isn't attached to a bigger WWE PPV the same weekend

he's also currently scheduled to take on Pentagon Jr. at a Northeast Wrestling show called Prison Break

but yeah... Moxley's supposed to be in the 1st wave of AEW main eventers

I doubt that NJPW would put a title on an AEW guy unless they lose it before the next AEW event (which is why I think Jericho does the job to Okada).....cause you know those blowhards would run with that fact even if Dean didn't show up with the belt

Dustin said 30 WWE employees texted him after the show, not just wrestlers either.

I'm kinda wondering about the crowd response. Will there be any AEW chants or will they shite on the show extra hard if its the same old stuff?

If they were in city like Chicago or NYC, the entire show would be fricked. I'm sure we're gonna hear some AEW chants if they have any stupid shite going on.
