Had Raw not stolen Bliss and The Miz half of the good matches at No Mercy wouldn't have happened.

I think with a belt he can do a lot more with his character.

Ziggler/Roode match was more than okay, though I know most don't care for Ziggler anymore. But it was great in ring work.
World Title fight was also more than just okay, though no stipulation made it seem less important. Match itself was good though.
Women's match was the only one I would say was just okay, and that's because they went with the lame injured face story in the match. Natty going ham on her saved it though.

Nah gotta have Nak win it at a big PPV. I think it happens at Survivor Series.
And after AJ loses his rematch for the US title they'll start building a Nak/AJ feud, with the first match maybe at Royal Rumble.

But I can see why they chose the matches they did for HiaC, and you can't overdo them.
But some other stipulatuon should have been made so, like you said, it wouldn't seem less important.
