WWE Friday Night Smackdown: Farewell to FWL Edition

So as we're all well aware at this point... Wrestlemania is finished and in the can ready for next Saturday & Sunday nights.

I now have 2 major issues doing FWL points for Wrestlemania...

1) It's pre-taped and spoilers have apparently leaked out already. 1 of the wrestling news sites I've listened to while home bored has stated they are privy to the 'Mania results but weren't releasing them b/c they like to not spoil things. However, if 1 has them, I'm sure others have them too and I have no confidence that the spoilers won't start leaking out over the next 8 days.

2) Card Subject to Massive Changes. As we all learned last night and throughout today... the card currently promoted on TV & other official WWE sites is NOWHERE NEAR the card that was actually filmed, most notably, Roman Reigns pulling out the Universal Championship match with Goldberg. While the word is WWE did film some kind of way to write Roman out of that match, I firmly believe the amount of changes with lack of TV set-up will make make coming up with educated picks difficult.

That all said, I have made the decision to make Wrestlemania a non-FWL event, closing out the 2019-20 FWL season. I'm sure some of you will not like this decision and I understand that, but I feel I would've made this same decision no matter how the standings look (and yes... I am aware how the standings sit)

I hope we can all just sit back and enjoy the 2 nights of Wrestlemania next weekend.
