Wrestlemania Running Out Of Concessions

I have heard this from two people in attendance and one person working a concession stand. Many of the concession stands have run out of food and drinks.
Apparently Centerplate did not properly plan for 7 hours of Wrestlemania plus early arrivals for 78000 people.

There’s probably tons of food in storage and freezer but the Centerplate management along with workers are to incompetent to get what’s needed. When I worked at the convention center I saw this all the time and Centerplate was our food and beverage provider.
