Would You Think This Snapchat is "inciting a bomb threat, cyberbullying..."

Sorry could not get the entire quote
Student just served 10 day suspension for it, the school is recommending expulsion. FTR, he made a snapchat in the 17-18 school year where he said "someone needs to shoot this fricking school up". was investigated then and also deemed not credible, but was expelled for a year and 80 days.

inciting a bomb threat, cyberbullying, intimidating others and a threatening image,

He deserves being punished because he's an idiot and not for his actual threats

We had a kids post something similar on twitter. Kid was a senior and in his last week of school. He was expelled and couldn't walk at commencement
The other SC post "not prepared" seems innoculous to me

I think with this past, you can't be too careful.
If this guy shot up a school and in the aftermath, these snaps came out, everyone here would be asking "how did they miss the signs?!"

yes, its pretty clear with that context of his past problems he was trying to do exactly what they charged him with.

That just means he's gonna kill em with his outfit tomorrow. All black folks perfectly understand this snap. Nothing wrong here.

Normally I would say that the quote is no big deal but when put into context with that headwear it makes it seem like a threat.

This is exactly what he said and the police deemed. Also the prior snapchat what deemed not a threat, because they[police] said it was just an off the cuff comment and he had no access to weapons.

That’s called “setting an example.” One of life’s evil necessities.

There was a time when 17 year olds wouldn’t dare do something this stupid because they knew their father would whip their arse for being so stupid.
Kids haven’t changed. What’s changed is how we raise kids. Kids use to understand there are consequences to their actions and they feared those consequences. That’s no longer the case and the results are what we see here.

bullying
Was just considered fun when I was a kid. Not just 1 person was always picked on, sure if you were ugly, fat or poor and couldnt play it off, it may have hurt a little..but sometimes that was motivation..
Everyone got called out on my playgrounds. It's how you learned things like,..maybe you didnt need to wear the same shirt or pants two days in a row cause you thought it looked good..or maybe you shouldn't have been born retarded, etc.
