I’d have to be damn sure the grass is greener. Like know someone that works there, get them drunk and pull everything I can out of them.
I’ve seen so many people get sold on the better office environment only to turn out to be BS.

Yeah, if it is that much better, you’ll make it back up pretty quick if you’re doing a good job.

I have done this 2 different times.
Both times I quickly went past my previous salary in a short amount of time. When you like what you are doing and in a better environment you are a better employee and more productive and the raises/bonuses are much bigger.
