here in Baton Rouge and the surrounding parishes over the Summer minus the flooding part obviously

I would rather have rain every day than be in a horrible drought BUT I would not want the record rain if it meant a horrible flood that ruined tens of thousands of homes.

I lived in Austin during the recent drought. It wasn't as bad as losing everything I've built my life creating overnight with no insurance to cover it.
