Subject: URGENT: Assistance Needed – Highly Confidential
Dear Friend,
I am Prince Adebayo Olamide, the son of the late King Obafemi Olamide of Nigeria. I write to you with utmost urgency and confidentiality. My father recently passed away, leaving behind a fortune of $25,000,000 (Twenty-Five Million United States Dollars) in a secure account. Due to political instability and corruption in my country, I am unable to access these funds without the help of a trustworthy foreign partner.
This is where I humbly seek your assistance. I need your help to transfer this money to a secure account in your country. In return for your support, you will receive 30% of the total sum ($7,500,000) as compensation for your assistance.
If you are willing to assist, please reply immediately with the following details:
Your full name
Your contact address
Your bank account details
Your phone number
Please treat this matter with the utmost confidentiality to avoid complications. Time is of the essence, and I look forward to your kind reply. Together, we will ensure the safe transfer of these funds.
Yours sincerely,
Prince Adebayo Olamide

The OP is just as sleazy for making this thread as the person trying to scam people.
Bet you anything that it's, "Ok. In order to send you the $5k I first need you to send me $500."

I just got $5000. All I had to do is provide my banking info and she said she's transferring the money now.
Well, there's a slight delay. She said there's a test transaction, just to pull $0.01 from my account and then re-send it. To make sure all the numbers are good. I think we're good now. I'm going to buy a new computer and some dog treats for animals at the shelter. Also going to get one of those cool Aviator hoodies. What are you guys going to do?
Any minute now, I expect the deposit to hit my account.
Any minute now. Should be real soon.
I can't wait. This is a Festivus Miracle!

I was pinged by her a few weeks ago. A simple google search showed she was not the mega million lottery winner.
I wonder what the scam is though.

Are you fricking serious? I'd give an alcoholic a drink for $5 (plus the cost of the drink).

So either you fell for a scam, or you are part of the scam. Either way, you are a dumbass.
