Threat Hyjack question.... What if you're with your girl and one of your ex-gf's distant but trash friends comes upon ya'll and then hits or tries to fight your new gf? New gf is not trashy. Obviously you try to protect her, but what if trashy girl continues? Do you punch her to protect the new girl?

Because so many women call the police at the slightest provocation, I think I would have done just that. She had no more right to hit him than vice versa.

Edit: I really don't think I would have hit her. Maybe grabbed her hands and restrained her. Maybe force her to the ground if necessary. Probably wouldn't be that hard and wouldn't be necessary to actually punch her. I'm not a particularly strong guy, but even in shape women are way way way weaker than the vast majority of men.
But what probably really would have happened is that I would have never engaged her in the first place and let it get to that point.
