First off all cupcakes are overrated. I hate them. Just give me a piece of fricking cake. I don't want to have to peel the paper off and the way it's shaped, with the icing and shite.. It makes a mess.
Second, unless I was starving and it was the only food I could find, I would never eat anything that is left in a restroom anywhere.

I'd first look for a creamy center. If no creamy center then no, thats fricking disgusting. If there was a creamy center then yes, slurp it all up till the very last drop.
