I mean, I wouldn't call this a win. I imagine someone with about a 42 inch pants size doesn't need an extender, doesn't mean they aren't fat as frick

To be 235 lbs at 5'11 you'd be a 1%er as far as muscle mass for your height and that's before factoring in you are well passed your physical prime leading to it being even harder.
