It's OK if you're exceptional. Just say it. You absolutely have to be in order to not be a fatty at that height and weight.
I’m not exceptional.

Anyone that big would be able to back it up with what they do in the gym or other language to show the knowledge it would take that big.
He's the personification of fat acceptance. Doesn't think he's fat because he goes in and does three sets of bench and some accessories at globogym.

At 5'11 and 235lbs, you're either exceptional or fat. There's really no other choice.
I'm 6'3 205 and still working to lose 10 more pounds.

Already did, is it my fault you didn’t get it? I guess you thought 3 wheels was going to stump me? Tell you what, bench 5 wheels and get back to me.
Go ahead and come on up. I’m waiting.

How about you come work out with me, short stack. Don’t worry, I have lots of experience of taking the weight off I do for those who can’t lift it.

I guess Mingo is right then, I’m just fat

Lol, mouth writing them checks again…
Either come up or shut up. It’s that simple.

My max clean and jerk is only 215 :(

In 6th grade I was 63 inches tall and 207 lbs. I remember because I went to weekly doctor's appointments because they were sure I had a hormone disorder. Nope. Just a fat kid.
Beginning of eigth grade year I was 6ft and 230lbs.
Beginning of senior year I was 6ft 330lbs.
Freshman year of college at Christmas I was 73 inches and 235lbs. You could count the ribs in my shirt if I turned the wrong way. Alcohol, cigarette, and adderall diet.
Started lifting a lot of weights, eating solid foods, and running the lakes. I was 250-260 through most of college and overseas.
Got weighed to go in a shitty plane 5 years later and I was 90 lbs heavier.
Basically, I just have to weigh myself every morning.
I'm 100% an endomorph. If I gain fat, my body adds muscle. At 365lbs I'd hike 10-12 miles behind the house or at 10k feet out west.
I really want to get a dexa scan just to see bone and muscle density. Maybe one day.

I don’t do olympic lifts but I do do more than 3 sets of bench at Globogym.
Hell, I didn’t lift real heavy until my mid 30’s.

I would be willing to bet you are right about the scan, Army taping is quite a joke. Big neck skews the results.

Muscle mass and body fat are objective measures dude. You're body at 5'11 can only carry so much lean muscle tissue, and at that height you've either nearly met that limit, which while possible is obviously statistically very unlikely, or you are carrying quite a bit of body fat.
You skirting around the questions likely indicates you are fat. You claimed to be 18% body fat at 5'11 235 and never heard of a dexa scan, that's very suspect.

Nope, never heard of it. I also don’t go around worrying about my body fat percentage. Not a bodybuilder, never will be.
What am I skirting, Mingo? Bring your arse up and put your money where your mouth is. Why do you keep avoiding that?
Put up or shut up. You won’t, everyone knows this.

Because I'm not driving to Alexandria to see an overweight middle aged man lift weights at planet fitness.

Lol, yeah just what I thought. All bark, no bite. Planet Fitness? Lol, are you serious?

You may be 5'11 235 and jacked, nothing you've posted has convinced me. That's fine, if you're that big why would you care? But it's also pretty simple to understand why someone qpuld question that.
That would be like me saying I'm an MIT graduate astronaut with no verifiable proof and people telling me I wasn't

Going to MIT and lifting weights are nothing alike. Do better. You have been asked several times to come up and you made an excuse. Interesting.

My life doesn’t revolve around convincing you of anything. You are the one trying to sharp shoot everything said. Why do you care is the bigger question?

In the grand scheme of things, I dont.
And I also think at the beggining of this conversation you really thought you were 18% body fat.
You didn't know what you were talking about, which is fine, but digging in because you were uninformed is a bit ridiculous.

No, I stated quite clearly I just did height and weight for the Army. No thinking about it at all.
You are the one crawfishing, threw down the gauntlet and now running away like the coward you are.
Last time, put up or shut up. I can’t wait to see your next excuse.

You're bouncing between this thread and the one with Roger pitching a fit about waking up early or whatever. Busy Saturday.
Eta for whatever it's worth, you're pretty spot on in both threads.

Explain this. Even at 365lbs I never needed a seat belt extender on a plane.
I've seen people stack two and three of them
