yeah, i've read a bit about quantum computing and understand the basics. it appears that once it's established then it'll be able to improve itself without our help. that does scare me a bit, honestly.

you sure about that? if they don't need us, then why would you assume they'd be willing to keep us around out of respect?

All of it is inversely proportional ….. whatever positive the upside provides, the negative downside exist.

I think human emotions have to evolve. Emotions is what makes us human, but emotions get in the way when people need to make rational decisions. So if there is something that can balance emotions then that would be good.
