re: Worst countries to be locked up in?

I'd guess El Salvador for probably the worst. Full of drug gang members. There are some places like Burma and the Congo that people just don't go to. I'd think they would be pretty bad. Syria has a pretty bad reputation. Tons of countries in the Middle East and Africa. India might not be the worst, but if prison is worse than a large percentage of people there live, then I'm out. Russia - heh - you'll be on the front line and dead within a day or so. Call me picky but I try to avoid anything other than Scandinavian prisons. The one where they filmed "Swedish Bikini Team locked up!" turned me down.
