No. Schedule wise, I KNOW I couldn´t pull that off.

Let me see if I can find it.. I have it in a pdf somewhere.

You either have to be a gym owner or jobless to get that schedule in.

I´m liking the mixup here. I´ve just got back from nearly 4 weeks off (obligatory rest, then travelling, and even got sick), and as this isn´t that taxing, (first days were difficult, however, as I´ve had to drop weight from what was customary only 40 days ago), it has me motivated.

Decided to see how many times I could throw up 225 on bench yesterday.

21x

That's pretty solid.

Yes, this is it. I am using V-1, Phase Two.

I see it morphs quite a bit (I´m seeing four sets per body part, five sets per body part, etc..... depending upon the phase, and that which you posted shows many exercises per body part).

Idk if i could do cardio the day after leg day

I lift Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri. Tues and Fri of that I do legs. On Wed I do spin class, and I love it. My legs always feel better after that than they do Sat or Sun after my Fri leg workout with no cardio after.
