I would love to have been there and seen the look on her face when she was shown this video My uncle caught an older guy stealing steaks from his Piggly Wiggly on camera. When he showed the video to the man his response was "how you get that video to make it look like I put that shite in my pants?"

Bring back public stocks. These sorts might not have any concept of right vs. wrong, but they surely would feel the humiliation of several days locked in stocks on the public square and having rotten vegetables and meat hurled at them.
