I can clarify BR General policy- visitors are allowed. Masks are not required for those who are vaccinated. Your vaccination status (as a visitor, anyway) is on the honor system. Same goes for employees except it’s not the honor system.
BRG was the last local hospital to adopt a mandate and immediately suspended it when the court stay was issued.

Wait. They won’t let you, the dad, in there for the birth? That would have not say well with my husband or me.
