We've had to change how we take orders/payment bc of this type stuff.

The 7-11 nearest me is owned by Indians in my neighborhood. Before EBT was recently changed, the thing blacks like to do was fix themselves a big gulp, knowing, their EBT cards were empty, and start sipping on it before reaching the cash register thinking they would get it for free since they already poured and sipped it.

Now the fatigue is so real, they have a big sign on the door saying EBT machine is Out of Order but I know it's not. Never has been. They told me between stealing and eating half a slice of pizza before sayings it's cold and wanting another and the generally bad attitudes from the queens, it just wasn't worth taking EBT any more since we are in an area with relative few receipts other than the section apartment dwellers.

I don't blame them.
