children will be children...they make noise, deal with it

should have been tossed out as frivolous bullcrap
neighbor across the alley has 3 children, they liven up the place a bit...she has an azzhole neighbor that hates them too...

there's one in every neighborhood

============

that was a pathetic explanation from the reporter on the exact nature of the lawsuit!!

what exactly are the damages?

seems like a sure loser of a case...by some crackheads...

Jim knows this area like I've never seen, he's really good. Just got under contract on a home in McKinney, love the area.

And yes to the final question.

These dumb arse frickers all over suburban America and especially in North Dallas and Livingston Parish buy these shitty faux French villa McMansion homes that are 3 feet from their neighbors property and then complain that they have to deal with neighbors.

frick these people. Get a half acre if not more if you can't handle it.

And yes to the final question.

My wife is an ORT in Labor and Delivery and been there about 20 years. If you ever get by there ask for the lady from New Orleans who is a Saints and Tigers fan. She usually works day shift M, T & W but it varies every week. If you meet her ask her if her husband reads "Tiger Droppings". You will get quite a reaction.
