So she jumps through the window???....that nervous cop could have tackled her and arrested her...like he's trained to do.
Again, it's plausible that those secret service or hired security or whatever they are had strict orders that that was the last line, anyone crossing that point(that was barricaded by the way) is shot on site. It is the US Capitol after all, there is going to be certain threshold where protestors will be removed violently, I'm sure you'd agree.

At the end of the video, they're standing right by her head
She was shot around the 30 second mark, the end of the video is 30-40 seconds later. Where they are at the end of the video isn't terribly relevant to whether they were that close to her and didn't have a bunch of other people in between them and her when she was shot.
