These guys are arguing that yes, it was a "nervous cop" that shouldn't have shot her. While also saying the Capitol cops are fully capable of handling a breach of the Capitol.

These are the geniuses we're dealing with here.

No...Bluegrasswhatever sida they cops overreacted by shooting her...which I agree with, however, given their training the situation could have and should have been handled differently.

She seems to think that if the National Guard would have been called in beforehand none of this would have happened because they are more trained to handle large crowds because they control crowds at the Kentucky Derby and a few Final Four's

He probably was nervous, I doubt many cops like shooting people

She had that shite coming. while I am sure he is suffering from killing a mother of 2, he shouldn’t lose any sleep over it.

There was literally a squadron of armed security officers in tactical gear 5 feet away when she was shot.

It's ok to be a nervous cop...he has to live with that...and his actions will have consequences.

They're not going to discipline him for taking a good shot. Give it up.

Sterling pulled a gun on 2 police officers and was a known felon

Are you seriously comparing the two incidents?

They are going back down stairs when she jump thru the window. They weren’t in the position to help the shooter anymore.

Not that it really matters; She broke into the fricking Capitol and charged a room with someone pointing a gun at her. What do you expect to happen?

So what would have an overreaction had looked like if they would have overreacted?
A bunch of protestors, 100s maybe 1000s, breached the US Capitol and by every point of the definition were acting as domestic terrorists.

It's pretty much a miracle only 1 person, so I'd say overreaction would like like a shite ton more than 1 person dead given the situation.

I don’t know what else is on her wrap sheet but b&e in the Capitol probably qualifies as a felony

She was two seconds from being arrested, unarmed and on the other side of the door.

She's literally on the other side of the wall, with the guards. She was not "through the window."

Pretty sure they were in no position at that point to stop her from going through that barricade. Seems there was quite a few protestors in the way.

Also, it seems like the dudes on the other side given how ready they were with guns drawn and the barricade, seems they may have been acting under orders that this barricade is the as far as anyone would be allowed to go before being shot on site. Is that 100% so? Nah. is that possible? Yes.

So she jumps through the window???....that nervous cop could have tackled her and arrested her...like he's trained to do.

At the end of the video, they're standing right by her head. They were literally a few feet away from her when she was shot.
