You guys down in NOLA need to start recruiting some latino gangs. They really hate black people and will ethnically cleanse them if given the chance. Compton is latino area now. Blacks are forced to leave or they are killed off when latinos start moving in and decide it is their area. One gang leader in California was literally arrested for trying to ethnically cleanse blacks. You may have to worry about an incoming snuff film if you cross the latino gangs though.
