Not really sure why she would need welfare? She obviously doesn't have a shortage of food. she has clothes. She has a house and it has electricity, meaning in a worst case scenario she not far behind on her bills. She has a car. She has a Cell Phone. She's somewhat educated (she can read, relative term). She has a family. She's relatively healthy (at least enough to reproduce).
All of that considered her standard of living is better than most of the world's population. Hell her standard of living is pretty damn good in the USA, but hey "don't hate the player, hate the game." I am more pissed that we live in a system that caters to people like her, when there are plenty of people worse off i.e. that don't have the stuff I listed above.

That is a Golden Corral celebration kind of night for this family. Birthdays, Sundays and we got Welfare days
