A woman dognapped a pit bull puppy after it ran away from its owner on a Bronx street, police said Monday.

The dog’s owner, a 42-year-old man, was taking it to get a vaccine when it ran off at about 11:15 a.m. on Monday, May 6 near Monroe College in Fordham Heights, police said.

The man, who was walking with his wife and their small child, was pushing the dog in the bottom of his baby stroller when it hopped out and ran off.

Investigators determined a woman who was parked at Monroe College nabbed the dog when she saw it wandering and drove off in a white BMW, according to police sources.

Cops tracked the woman’s car and found that she stopped at a nearby store, where she was captured on video.
