Video games are ruining significant portion of young men. Before I retired several of the young women where I worked complained bitterly about their husbands video game addiction.I felt like it wouldn’t have taken much to get them to move on.

Don't be fooled. Women feel the same way about their men fishing, hunting, and watching football. Head out to the camp for a long weekend of fishing with the baws? She's out getting dicked down because you're "ignoring her" and not making her "feel special." Women want to be whores, they just need plausible deniability for their behavior.

Also, isn't it funny that these, "I want to explore the world and meet new people!" types are always regulars at some dive bar, drinking the same beers, with the same people for years on end?

Even if you include them on those activities it's not enough. You can only like what they like and you have to make your life all about them. Dated someone like that and thought it was fun for the first couple months. However I started to realize I have never been with someone so self-centered and selfish. Plus she was an emotional vampire at that.

So, she’s 26. He’s 49.

She married a guy around her age but found out he is more interested in TV and video games than her.

She leaves the husband to go be with a real man who’s 23 years older than she.

Conclusion: Further proof than Gen Z males have failed to mature into men. And now Gen Z women are having to turn to Gen X men to fulfill their needs.

I would have thought 26-30 would still fall under being a millennial.

As a gen-x'er dating a woman 12 years younger than myself, I endorse this.

Doesn't have shite to do with that in my opinion. How is a 50 year old DJ more of a "man" than a 26 year old guy who all we know about is that he watches TV and plays video games in his spare time?

Women chase something their current partner doesn't have. In this case, I believe it was social capital. "OMG he was such a people person!" Her husband probably works 40+ hours a week and what little time isn't drained by his job or his wife and her endless social obligations, he uses for a little relaxation by watching TV or shooting people on Xbox. Not a lot of visibility or social media for that guy, the kids call it "clout" nowadays I believe.

If you lack something: money, status, intelligence, looks, big dick, sexual performance, the ability to be in tune with her feelings...your woman may specifically seek that out in another. Plenty of women cheat on their "alpha" husband for Billy Beta in the office who listens to her and validates her emotions. Even if he's uglier or whatever.

You’re rambling reply was exactly what I was hoping for when I threw out that shiny hook.

Thank you.
