Reminds me of the early days of hot tubs. I think it took 43 women getting their heads locked to the drain where they drowned before the Consumer Commission enforced safety regulations for the intake motor impeller. If her hair was long and she happened to submerge near the drain, the suction would pull hair into the drain, the intake impeller would reel her in and pin her to the bottom. ...even if someone was in the tub there was not much they could do unless they had some very sharp scissors handy.
