Still not true. Pollution laws would still stop you from burning your own house down legally. Same thing with a car.

The ability to burn the flag is more important than the flag itself.
Why can't preventing a flag burning be a form of political expression?

Nobody serves to defend a flag, they serve to defend our country, our laws and our freedom. Too many people get wrapped up in the symbols and trappings of freedom to realize what that really means.

It infringes on the rights of another person for starters.

I guarantee you're full of shite, I've seen several veterans say they served and fought for people to have the freedom to do whatever the frick they want, including burning the flag.
You sound like the type of person who talks about snowflakes getting offended at the stupidest shite, and can't even realize that you're guilty of doing exactly that right now.

My mail person wedged a $200 textbook into my mailbox today instead of walking 50ft and putting it on my porch. It was too big to slide in, so she decided to go at it diagonally and since it didn't fit, a $200 textbook was hanging out for all the world to see

But you got the book, right? So you are complaining about something that was effective but COULD have led to trouble.
Glad you got home from your march in time to get it..

Had I not come home when I got the notification, who knows what would've happened? Could've had some vandals light the book on fire and burn my mailbox up. That's a federal offense
